We provide consultancy for Technology based projects such as E-commerce, Trading and Telecommunications both in the UK and the wider International arena, and we are proud to count many of the largest companies internationally as our clients. Our Consultants have all worked in industry at senior levels and therefore, we fully understand the issues and real technical matters that our clients experience on a daily basis. Our added value is that we know how to take your requirements and turn them into a solution, what ever the design methodology, programming language or platform required.
Resourcing
We also provide our clients with help resourcing personnel for senior technology roles. Our technology search is dedicated to matching the right candidates to our clients’ needs. We also undertake assignments in other industry categories such as insurance, banking, manufacturing, and the automobile industry. We ensure that our clients are able to recruit top-level candidates internationally. Our aim is to ensure that the investment by businesses in their personnel is justified and valuable in terms of returns to both shareholders and the individuals.
Reviews
Our consultants undertake technology reviews and audits in order to identify training needs and establish whether the business has the right skills in place to achieve its goals. An independent review of a company’s technology is a very powerful mechanism in keeping the organization at the forefront of industry and highly competitive. We also undertake mentoring and management counselling which helps new personnel smoothly integrate and provides them with the maximum chance of success in their new role. Existing personnel can also benefit from this as we provide an “offline” facility whereby they can discuss issues with knowledgeable professionals in a “no risk” environment.
Fees
Are fee for technology search assignments is based on one third of the agreed annual starting salary plus guaranteed or on-target bonus. The fee is billed in three equal instalments, the first of which is due as a retainer, followed by further instalments after 30 and 60 days from the start of the search. A fourth instalment may be payable on completion of the search if the starting salary is higher than that originally estimated. In order to provide maximum benefits to clients, all our work is undertaken on a retained consultancy basis. We are not able to offer the professional service that we promise by entering into contingency arrangements with client organisations.
